JEET & Changsha Aviation Vocational and Technical College have in-depth cooperation to build a borehole exploration training room
On October 28, the founding meeting and first board meeting of the National Aviation Equipment Manufacturing and Maintenance Industry Industry-Education Integration Community (hereinafter referred to as the "Community") was held at Changsha Aviation Vocational and Technical College. More than 160 representatives from 93 units in the aviation industry, enterprises, scientific research institutes, undergraduate universities, and vocational schools from all over China attended the meeting.
The community is led by 5720 Factory, Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics, and Changsha Aviation Vocational and Technical College, and is jointly established by high-level universities, aviation companies, scientific research institutions and vocational schools. It aims to promote the high-quality development of the aviation industry and is based on voluntariness, equality, and Based on the principle of reciprocity and mutual benefit, we coordinate the coordinated development of various types of education in the aviation field. By integrating industry and education resources in the aviation industry, the military, government, administration, enterprises and schools collaborate to break down the institutional obstacles that restrict the deep integration of industry and education, and create multi-level and multi-type talent training, technology research and development, A collaborative innovation platform that integrates achievement transformation and other functions, providing high-quality technical skills and intellectual support for aviation development.
The founding meeting voted and approved the "Charter of the National Aviation Equipment Manufacturing and Maintenance Industry Industry-Education Integration Community" and the "National Aviation Equipment Manufacturing and Maintenance Industry Industry-Education Integration Community Construction Plan", and voted to approve the list of the community's chairman unit and vice-chairman unit. Among them, there is 1 chairman unit, held by 5720 Factory; 15 vice-chairman units, held by Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics, Changsha Aviation Vocational and Technical College, etc.; 10 standing director units, and 67 governing units.
The signing ceremony for the establishment of the Non-destructive Testing Industry College jointly established by five units, Changsha Aviation Vocational and Technical College, Shandong Ruixiang Mold Co., Ltd., Shenzhen JEET Technology Co., Ltd., Nantong Youlian Digital Technology Development Co., Ltd., and Hunan Xiangyi Testing Equipment Co., Ltd., The signing ceremony of the Changsha Aviation Institute-Shenzhen Jietai Joint Training Room for Industrial Endoscopy Inspection was grandly held in the Ruiya Hall of Changsha Yilou Hotel.
A total of 10 units participated in the school-enterprise cooperation signing ceremony, including the donation ceremony of teaching equipment and equipment, the donation of virtual simulation training system, the joint construction of "Dianke Aircraft" General Aviation Industry College, Changsha Aviation Institute-JEET Technology Joint Bore Exploration Training Room, and Non-Destructive Testing 6 projects including Industrial College and Advanced Laser Manufacturing Technology Innovation Center. Each unit leverages its advantages and resources to open up a complete link of "theory + practice", promotes the deep integration of industry and education, promotes the joint development of schools and enterprises, and creates a model of school-enterprise cooperation.
The borescope is mainly used for aircraft engine inspection: inspecting the compressor, combustion chamber and gas turbine for blade cracks, blade damage, combustion chamber nozzle carbon deposits, material loss, excess objects and other defects. These damages may cause the engine to malfunction. Problems of varying degrees can even lead to mid-air parking.
The high-definition borescope can be used to detect the damaged part, determine the nature of the damage, and measure the size of the damage, so as to determine whether the engine can continue to be used.
In the future, we hope that both we and universities can give full play to the strengths of both parties, jointly cultivate outstanding talents in the aviation non-destructive industry, and contribute JEET's strength to the development of the national aviation industry.
